Individuals must...
Be able to read and write the English language
Be at least 18 (21 and above is optimum)
Be able to meet the DOT Physical Requirements
Have a valid driver's license
You do not need a high school diploma or a GED
You may be disqualified if...
You have a recent ticket
You have a mental disorder
Your MVR (Motor Vehicle Report) has too many violations
You have a history of alcohol related violations / incidents
You have a history of drug related violations / incidents
You've had a motor vehicle accident in the last three years
You have a disability that doesn't allow you to drive
You have a physical limitation that doesn't allow you to drive
You have recent fellony convictions or a criminal background
You have a medical history that is not suitable for a driving career
